Delete your RentMeter account

Request permanent deletion of your RentMeter account and associated property-management data.

Fastest method: delete from the app

  1. Sign in to the RentMeter account you want to delete.
  2. Open Menu → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Read the confirmation message and select Delete Account.

This permanently removes your account, properties, rooms, tenants, payments, expenses and uploaded files. This action cannot be undone.

Cannot access the app?

Email us from the email address or mobile number associated with your RentMeter account. Include the subject Account Deletion Request and your registered mobile number. We may request information to verify account ownership before deletion.

Request account deletion

Deletion timeline: verified requests are processed within 30 days. We may retain limited records only where required by law, to resolve disputes, or for fraud-prevention and security purposes.
